Are you someone who has heard about Rolfing through as friend, family member, or colleague? Have they told you that it was helpful for numerous conditions from low back issues to neck issues to mobility improvement? Are you seeking improvement in some body condition which has developed which is causing you to feel less than optimal?

Most people come to the Rolfing Method of Structural Integration after seeking assistance elsewhere and either not getting the help that they sought or have not been satisfied by the results. Or are simply attracted because they have heard interesting things about results others have had. Thousands upon thousands of other folks, including me, have received that help that they were seeking when they did the Rolfing series.

Improved body mobility, resilience, and reduce stress and strain...

Can you imagine feeling improvement in mobility and flexibility? Can you imagine what it would be like to regain body freedom that has been lost over time?

What can you typically expect...

People who receive the Rolfing work are often amazed what they feel like after some expert assistance. Areas of their body that have shortened over time regain lost length and allow a more relaxed and easy daily experience of living. Stress or trauma that they were carrying around releases in the process and they soon say that they feel lighter, easier, like a weight has been lifted from their body.

Whether you decide to work with me or another Rolfer, my intention for you it to better understand how the Rolfing method of Structural Integration might help you improve your bodies flow and function in life. If you are having a structural issue from a past injury/accident, or feel as though you are just not feeling 'right', feel your balance is off, don't feel as young as you used to feel, or just wish to improve your body flow and function, Rolfing can probably help. Rolfing works comprehensively to free the connective tissue throughout the entire body that allows for freer movement, improved posture, and enhanced energy flow.
I was drawn to Rolfing while living in New York City in 1979 when I was working as an actor-singer. It made such an impact on my body and well-being- since our body and psyche are one and the same- I realized I would one day learn this approach. When I was certifed as a Rolf Practitioner in 1985, I built a private practice In N.Y.C. and Washington, D.C. working with those folks from the performing arts, especially singers, and then attracting business and Wall street folks, artists and musicians, those from the medical and therapy fields, yoga and martial arts types, dancers and runners, professional athletes and many other individuals who sought to improve their flow and function in life.

Just completing my 28th year of doing this work, I have had the honor to helping hundreds of individuals improve their relationship to Gravity, making movement easier, and releasing the stress and holding that many had carried for years without ever recognizing it as 'stress'.
